We were two women who have known each other for a very long time and shared many things: deep trust in people and processes. Humor and curiosity. Determination, drive and joy in implementing change.
We had decades of practical and leadership experience in the film and cultural industries, in the development and implementation of large international projects, and are connected by a wonderful network.
We brought a wealth of experience in personal and professional growth, in learning, failing and acknowledging mistakes, in testing methods and concepts, in developing, scaling, sharing and communicating ideas and visions.
We had in-depth training in systemic consulting, organizational development and facilitation and have years of experience in leading and guiding organizations, teams and individuals in the film and cultural industries in almost every continent.
Fair Play is an initiative of Christine von Fragstein and Christine Tröstrum. Our alliance is and was designed as a collaborative production, we work with trainers and coaches who are committed to working with us to create a healthy and sustainable working world of tomorrow.
And we will continue to do so in memory of Christine Tröstrum, who passed away far too early and unexpectedly on October 9, 2024. R.I.P.
