We work with trainers and coaches who also have many years of experience in individual and team coaching, in supporting strategy and organizational development, in transformation processes, in communication training, in conflict moderation and mediation.
Christine von Fragstein
Co-Initiator of FAIR PLAY
She is co-founder of FAIR PLAY, a facilitator for change processes and challenges. She has worked for film funds, film festivals, foundations, ministries, municipalities and corporations and knows the film industry from the FF. Her focus is now on team and organizational development, leadership, communication and 1:1 coaching for executives, head honchos and creatives.
Thomas Biniasz
Co-Initiator of FAIR PLAY
With a clear mind, pragmatism, heart and intuition, Thomas Biniasz develops appropriate solutions together with people and teams. He is a qualified psychologist, teaching coach, mediator and systemic coach.
Lisa-Marie Rühl
Lisa-Marie Rühl supports producers in developing sustainable work cultures and effective leadership approaches. With her many years of experience in production and production management at Netflix Germany, she designs programs that translate core corporate values into practice.
She has successfully initiated and established structures for a respectful working environment. Her mission: to create a work culture that inspires people and offers an inclusive work environment – regardless of life situation or career level. With a deep understanding of the specific requirements of productions, she effectively addresses the needs of teams in our industry – in a practical and authentic way.
Susanne Braun supports teams in growing together and communicating openly with each other. She is a moderator, workshop creator and expert in participative formats that promote dialogue and mutual understanding. Since 2018, she has hosted the Indiefilmtalk podcast, in which she talks to filmmakers about their learnings and challenges. Her aim is to create spaces in which genuine dialogue is possible and conflicts are seen as an opportunity for positive change.
Saskia von der Burg is an inclusion and communication coach. She has also worked as a freelance journalist for many years, including as an online editor for Deutschlandfunk. However, the fact that she works in the media, conducts interviews, takes part in podcasts or travels around Germany for research purposes is surprising to many people she tells about her work. They often say: “That’s not possible, how do you do it? That must be really difficult for you!” Why do other people ask her this? She is (almost) blind.
Dr. Timm Jordans is a specialist lawyer for employment law. His expertise lies in individual and collective employment law. He also provides ongoing employment law advice in matters relating to works constitution law. This also includes complaint procedures.
Janka Magerkurth likes to ask questions that no one dares to ask and supports development processes playfully and with a lot of humor. She holds a degree in social economics, is a systemic coach, a yoga teacher and has a bachelor's degree in psychology.
Alexandra Perl helps people to understand each other better. She is a facilitator, coach, trainer, presenter and visual storyteller.
Andrea Rawanschad teaches conflict and communication skills to people who want to remain capable of acting in crunchy situations and who are willing to look cooperatively at their own interests as well as those of others. As an enthusiast for digital notes with a pen, she also brings her expertise for coherent self-organization to the network.
For Birgit Wohlgemuth the working world as a place of human development is in the foreground. Her background is in social pedagogy and adult education with a focus on industrial pedagogy and work science.
Thanks to many projects, we have a large network in the national and international film and culture industry. We regularly exchange ideas with players in the industry, are open to new impulses and incorporate current needs into our services.
