About us

Fair Play is and was an initiative of Christine von Fragstein, Christine Tröstrum and Thomas Biniasz. Our alliance is designed as a joint production, we work with trainers and coaches who are committed to shaping a healthy and sustainable working world of tomorrow together with us.

We share many things: deep trust in people and processes. Humour and curiosity. Determination, drive and the joy of implementing change.

Together, we have decades of practical and management experience in the film and cultural industries, in the development and realisation of major international projects and are connected to a wonderful network.

We bring a wealth of experience in personal and professional growth, in learning, failing and recognising mistakes, in testing methods and concepts, in developing, scaling, sharing and communicating ideas and visions.

We have in-depth training in systemic consulting, organisational development and facilitation and have many years of experience in leading and supporting organisations, teams and individuals in the film and cultural industries in almost all parts of the world.

And we will continue to do so in memory of you, dear Christine Tröstrum, who passed away far too early and unexpectedly on 9 October 2024. R.I.P. Dearest Christine! We carry you in our hearts and we will continue with your heart project – now more than ever!
