We advise people who want to challenge traditional hierarchies and thought patterns. We stand for a strong WE and a healthy communication and feedback culture in film and culture.

Hierarchien prägen die Filmproduktion – und sind gleichzeitig eine der häufigsten Quellen für Konflikte und Übergriffe. In diesem Impuls möchten wir gemeinsam mit Euch der Frage nachgehen, wie Führung in einer Branche unter extremem Zeit- und Erfolgsdruck neu gedacht werden kann: weniger Machtgefälle, mehr Verantwortung auf Augenhöhe – ohne die Handlungsfähigkeit und Kreativität zu verlieren.

Ab September 2026 startet FAIR PLAY gemeinsam mit Produktionsallianz Campus den dritten Jahrgang zur zertifizierten Weiterbildung zur Vertrauensperson in Deutschland: praxisnah, interdisziplinär und speziell auf die Herausforderungen der Film- und Kulturbranche zugeschnitten.
Bei dieser Infoveranstaltung möchten wir Euch die Inhalte, Ziele, Methoden und Trainer der 5-monatigen Weiterbildung vorstellen. Außerdem stehen Christine von Fragstein und Thomas Biniasz, für all Eure Fragen rund um das Thema Vertrauensperson zur Verfügung.
